  • Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Manages the Cost-to -Sales Ratio in accordance with the prescribed policies and standards of the company.
  • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
  • Maximizing new business development opportunities.
  • Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
  • Overseeing a sales team comprised of Business Managers/Sales Managers and Business Associates/Sales Agents.

  • Developing relationship with clients
 QUALIFICATIONS
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Master’s Degree, Professional License.
  • Must have at least 5 years of solid Sales Experience in Real Estate.
  • Preferably a Real Estate Licensed Broker managing a large network of sellers
  • Possess strong and effective negotiation skills.
  • Must have Managerial /Directorship experience specializing in Property, Real Estate or Equivalent and managing large teams of Sales Agents/Property Consultants.
  • Specialization in horizontal projects (i.e. Cavite)is a plus.
  • Computer literate.

  SALES ASSOCIATE Job Description
  • Present and sell company products to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals
  • Identify sales prospects and contact the accounts as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials
  • Establish and maintain current clients and potential client relationships.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Secretarial, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • No work experience required.
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Background in Sales is a plus
